I'm going to end up doing 3 recipes today. It'll mean I only have one to do before my challenge is finished! =D I don't mind being ahead of schedule - it gives me breathing space in the last week of classes and the lead-up to Christmas.

ETA: So, the recipe wasn't too bad, but I would modify a few things.

1) I'd use less tomato, because it overpowered it a bit. Next time I'd probably use a single can a and maybe add some stock

After my last weekly recipe, I realised that I'd skipped a week! So, I did another one today. #12 is a potato bake with butter, cheese and cream. It's also supposed to have onion in it, but after chopping it up nicely and having it ready to go I completely forgot that it existed or was even part of the recipe, so the recipe now no longer involves ( Read more... )

This week's recipe (#11) is a pasta carbonara bake. I used pasta bows, sour cream, parmesan cheese, spring onion and prosciutto. I also added some Coon tasty cheese on the top, and cheated by only baking it for half the recommended time.

Should be tasty! =D

Well enough to cycle today! Hooray!

This week's recipe (#10) was beef and brandy pies, courtesy of my fiance's mum's Sunbeam pie maker. That thing kinda rocks :-)

I didn't get any cooking done last week, so for #9 I'm calling in one of these recipes that I had in reserve :-p
